How to return items?

If you are not satisfied with the purchase and wish to return the item, please contact us within 45 days of receiving the order.

 

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review the return request and we will send further instructions if the return is approved.

Only products purchased directly from https://www.isomastyles.com are accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them directly for a return.

Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation.

The returned item must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in the original packaging. Do not accept stains, fold cards, broken seals/plastic fragments. We reserve the right not to refund or exchange if the condition of the product returned to us does not meet the conditions. Personalized products cannot be refunded or replaced.

Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect items purchased, and items damaged by improper handling by customers.

Returns without a receipt may be rejected. isomastyles reserves the right to refuse any return.

 

What If The Item(s) I Received Are Defective/Incorrect/Damaged?

Did you receive a faulty unit, or the wrong product? Simply not satisfied with your order?

Please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process. Please include the following information:

Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable):
Complete delivery address:
Contact telephone number:

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

 

How Long Is The Returns Process?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.

When Will you Receive My Refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven’t received a credit for your return yet, here’s what to do:

Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

 

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.

For customers who select FREE Shipping option, there is no tracking number.

In order to facilitate the entire shipping and to ensure that you will receive the item in time, please provide us with your full address, including city, state, and region if applicable.

 

AFTER YOU’VE PURCHASED

When Will My Order Be Processed?

We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you select the correct model and color because we cannot modify your orders. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system.

Orders will be processed within 24 hours of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day.

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

 

Shipping confirmation
Once your purchase is shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation via email so you can track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and the place of delivery. The customer is responsible for customs duties and taxes on all international orders.

As the recipient, if the order is marked as returning to the sender or because the recipient cannot follow up or fails to reach the courier to submit the necessary request or notice, we are unable to process any refund or replacement for free, you may need to go down again Order.

Your local customs office may require additional documentation and time to clean up your package, which may delay the expected delivery time.
Your order may be sent to you by your local post office or local courier company. Depending on your region, most orders will be provided by your local postal service, so the package will be received via your regular mail. If you are not at home when you ship, the postal service may tell you by phone how and where you can collect the delivery service.

 

CANCELLATION/CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!).  Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

 

Will I Be Charged With Customs And Taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Due to the high volume of orders we are receiving, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out ASAP. We know it may be frustrating to wait longer than expected for your order, but the one thing we don’t want to do is sacrifice the quality of our products. Thanks for understanding!
