Istationerydeals offers a free return and renewal policy, which is implemented in accordance with the relevant return and renewal policies established by Istationerydeals. According to the relevant policies provided by Istationerydeals, your returned goods must meet the requirements for non-destructive goods, and at the same time contact Istationerydeals service personnel to submit a return application, mail the required return products to the designated location of Istationerydeals, and return the logistics costs generated by the customer.

If you are not satisfied with the purchase and wish to return the item, please contact us within 45 days of receiving the order.

 

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review the return request and we will send further instructions if the return is approved.

Only products purchased directly from https://www.isomastyles.com are accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them directly for a return.

Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation.

The returned item must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in the original packaging. Do not accept stains, fold cards, broken seals/plastic fragments. We reserve the right not to refund or exchange if the condition of the product returned to us does not meet the conditions. Personalized products cannot be refunded or replaced.

Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect items purchased, and items damaged by improper handling by customers.

Returns without a receipt may be rejected. Istationerydeals reserves the right to refuse any return.

 

Service time

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.
